The English-As-a-Second Language Program offers on-going classes for all levels in several locations throughout Haywood County. These classes are designed for our international students who want to improve their reading, writing, and speaking skills in English. ESL topics in class include academic and business English, TOEFL preparation, life skills, pronunciation, rights and responsibilities of citizenship, U.S. History and Government, and computer skills. Morning and evening classes are offered free of charge, and texts and materials are provided.
