Quality Enhancement Program

Purpose
The QEP (Quality Enhancement Plan) Committee will involve the stakeholders on the campus to develop the QEP for Haywood Community College as part of the SACS reaffirmation process. The committee will design a clear focus and implementation process for plan initiatives and develop a budget for the five year implementation of the plan. The committee will establish the various sub committees for the various phases of planning and implementation. The committee will develop a campus-wide campaign to education the students, employees, and community on our QEP. The QEP committee will also be responsible for developing the presentation to the campus, to SACS On-site Review Team, October 2008, and for providing annual assessment reports and the five-year report to SACS upon completion of implementation of the QEP. The team will also assist Kathy Lovedahl in researching and writing a grant to fund the QEP.
Schedule
Weekly through October, then at least monthly for the next two years (two year planning phase, five year implementation phase).
Membership
The membership will represent all areas of the college as directed.
