- Purpose
- The purpose of the Student Development Leadership Team is to provide direction for the following departments: Student Success Services (Teaching and Learning Center, Developmental Education, and Adult Education), Financial Aid, Enrollment Management, Education and Career Development Services (Academic and Career Counseling, Counseling, Placement Testing, WorkKeys, SGA and Student Activities, Job Placement, and Cooperative Education), and High School Programs. The focus is to continuously improve academic and student support services at HCC.
