Haywood Community College’s Natural Resources Division and the North Carolina Wildlife Resources Commission will offer Boating Safety courses on July 26 and 27 from 6-9:30 p.m. in room 309/310 on the HCC campus. Participants must attend two consecutive evenings to receive their certification.
On or after May 1, 2010 any person under the age of 26 must complete a NASBLA approved boating education course before operating any vessel propelled by a motor of 10 HP or greater. G.S. 75A-16.2.
