Quilting: An act of Caring

Students in HCC’s Quilting Workshop day class are crafted a Confetti Quilt that will be given away at Saturday’s Share the Warmth Concert held in the HCC Auditorium. Pictured left to right is instructor Lani Hendrix with students that worked on the quilt Debbie Riker, Barbara Watson, Jackie Walker, and Maxine Bradshaw. Tickets are available for $1 each or 6 for $5. Tickets are available at the HCC Foundation or the HCC Bookstore. Proceeds from these tickets will go 100 percent to Mountain Projects’ Heating Assistance Program.
