To submit a support request, click on the Haywired tab at the top right-hand side of the screen. On the Haywired web page select "support" at the top right hand side of the page and complete the web form.
For telephone support you can call the IT helpdesk at 828-565-4009.
You can send an email request at email@example.com. Please include a description of your issue, your name, telephone number and an alternate email address in the voicemail or email request.
The ITS office hours are 8:00-4:00 Monday through Friday. If you leave a message or submit a request during non-office hours you will receive a response the next business day.
