New location for Tech Tips

In order to create more streamlined access to all of our services we have moved the Tech Tips feature from the LRC website to the LRC Blog. Tagging and category features for the blog allow users to quickly search for specific topics or archived posts. We hope you find the new format easy to use and would love to hear what you think.
