HCC PROVIDES SPECIALIZED TRAINING FOR WCU STUDENTS
Haywood Community College recently conducted three specialized courses for Western Carolina University senior paramedic students. The Continuing Education Division conducted weekend courses for the WCU students on PALS (Pediatric Advance Life Support, PHTLS (Pre-Hospital Trauma Life Support), and Neonatal Resuscitation. According to Mike Hubble, WCU EMC program director, the senior paramedic students must successfully complete all three courses to graduate. HCC’s certified class instructors provided the specialized instruction needed.
If you have a need for specialized training in emergency services, Haywood Community College can provide it. Please contact Teri Taylor or Marty Stamey in the Haywood Community College Continuing Education Division at 828-627-4617 for more information.
