Haywood Community College’s Small Business Center will offer a free seminar on Tuesday, March 23 from 6- 8 pm entitled “Making the Right Decisions for Providers of Key Services...A Must for Success”. It will be held on campus in the Student Center, first floor. Those just starting out in business are often perplexed by so many things that they need to make their businesses successful. Most businesses need the ability to process credit cards, many have multiple printing needs, and all have bookkeeping requirements! This informal forum will allow discussion by key providers of things the business owner should consider and questions they should ask as they choose business services. Attendees will:

  • Discover how to market and advertise your business through print and signage.
  • Learn how your business will benefit from proper bookkeeping procedures.
  • Explore your different options of accepting payments and find out how credit cards can increase your business.

Presenters will be representatives from US Netcom, Print Haus, and Faulkner Bookkeeping. Call the Small Business Center at 627 4512 to preregister.
