Policy 3.10: Degree Granting Authority

In accordance with and under the authority of North Carolina State Statutes and Administrative Code (NCGS115D-1; NCAC 23.2E.0201), and the Southern Association of Colleges and Schools, Haywood Community College shall issue degrees, diplomas, and certificates for coursework completed in two year college parallel, technical, vocational, adult education, and workforce development programs so approved by the State Board of Community Colleges.
