Haywood Community College operates under the open door policy mandated by the N.C. Administrative Code (23 NCAC 02C.0301) and established by the North Carolina Community College System. Haywood Community College is committed to equality of educational opportunity and does not discriminate against applicants based on race, color, national origin, religion, sex, age, disability, affiliation, or belief. Admissions procedures will be followed using NC Administrative Codes 23 NCAC 02C.0301 and 23 NCAC 02C;0305.
