Policy 5.5: Waiver of Tuition & Student Activity Fee for High School Students
It is the policy of Haywood Community College to waive the tuition and student activity fee for any high school student taking curriculum courses under a cooperative program agreement (Huskins Bill) or through dual enrollment provisions noted in NCAC 2C.0305 (c). If a high school student does not take a curriculum course through a cooperative program agreement or does not meet the requirements of the dual enrollment provisions noted in NCAC 2c.0305 (c), the student would not be eligible to receive a tuition or activity fee exemption.
