Policy 6.2: Appeal Process

In the event of disciplinary action during the contract period resulting in suspension or dismissal, or in the event of involuntary separation during the contract period designated as reduction in force, the employee shall have a right to appeal this decision by submitting a written request for appeal within fifteen days of the action. This policy does not pertain to part-time employment situations.
