Policy 6.28: Telecommuting

In order to accommodate the needs of the College, faculty and staff, Haywood Community College may permit some employees to telecommute (work at home or other location) as long as telecommuting does not adversely affect the employee’s productivity, ability to complete assigned duties, or the efficient operation of the College. The President upon recommendation of the immediate supervisor will consider and approve specific positions for telecommuting.
