Haywood Community College auxiliary services, which include the bookstore café, vending, print shop, parking/distance learning, student government association and child care center, adheres to North Carolina General Statutes NCGS115D-54 thru 115D-58.5, North Carolina Administrative Code NCAC23.02D, and North Carolina Community College System pertaining to the budgeting, accounting and expenditure of these funds.
