Green Business Owners' Forum

The Small Business Center at Haywood Community College will host a free seminar entitled, “Green Business Owners’ Forum” on Tuesday, February 23, 6-8 pm, in the Student Center, first floor. What are the opportunities for small businesses that want to “go green”? Every industry, every hobby, every action can have a shade of green. Broadly, green means either improving the planet or improving its people or both.

This forum will cover:

  • Lessons learned in serving the green market
  • Making sure that you’re lean and green
  • Opportunities to learn from others

Haywood Chamber Green Business leaders will be featured with representatives from Haywood Builders Supply, Champion Supply and Animal Hospital of Waynesville. Call the Small Business Center at 828-627-4512 for more information or to preregister.
