Learn about the NC Rural Center’s Loan program and the how you can apply locally through HCC’s Small Business Center. Lending options include: Traditional Microenterprise Loan - Loans up to $25,000, Express Loan - Loans $5000 and Less, Green" Micro Loan - Loans up to $25,000.
