Drive onto our campus and you can tell that we take great pride in it. From the manicured lawns to the picturesque mill pond area, HCC is known for its beautiful campus. It is a designated arboretum and serves as an outdoor classroom for students in natural resources programs.

The Golden LEAF Advanced Machining Center is a state-of-the art education and training center for advanced metal forming, machining up to and including 5-axis contours, computer aided design (CAD), manufacturing (CAM), and engineering (CAE). The center is located in HCC’s Regional High Technology Center.

The Cosmetic Arts Center houses both classrooms and a simulated salon environment where students gain experience while working on community clients.

Haywood Early College is an autonomous public high school enrolling students in grades 9 through 13. Students enroll as a freshman in high school and college simultaneously and may graduate with a high school diploma and associate of arts degree at the end of five years tuition free.

The Nix Greenhouse Complex is used by students in the Horticulture program as a hands-on laboratory to learn about many topics such as propagation, soils, pest management, and much more.
- Millhouse
The Millhouse and Mill Pond area is a focal point of the campus. It is often the site for weddings, picnics, and strolls as well as an area full of potential learning for HCC students. The Millhouse was built by HCC students.

A model child-care facility that is available to HCC students as well as community members. The Center provides care for children from infant to pre-K.
- Regional High Technology Center
The Regional High Technology Center is home to the Advanced Machining Center and the Electronic Engineering, Machining, Mechanical Engineering and Industrial Systems programs. The facility also houses an auditorium which is used for many community and regional meetings and workshops.
