Faculty & Staff: Groupwise Webmail
If you are having difficulties connecting to Groupwise webmail, disable TLS and make sure your browser supports at least SSL 2.0:
- In Internet Explorer 6 and 7: Click on "Tools" -> "Internet Options...", click on the "Advanced" tab, scroll down to "Security", uncheck "Use TLS 1.0" if it is checked and check "Use SSL 2.0" or "Use SSL 3.0" if those options are available and unchecked.
- In Mozilla Firefox: Click on "Tools" -> "Options...", click on the "Advanced" tab, and under "Protocols" uncheck "Use TLS 1.0." Make sure "Use SSL 2.0" or "Use SSL 3.0," whichever is available to you, is checked.
