Student Help Desk

Students who need help accessing the HCC-Campus wireless network, changing your WebAdvisor password, and assistance in knowing which software you will need for your HCC courses, can obtain assistance at the student help desk located in the library. Student hours vary, for appointments call the Library at 828-627-4550.

Outdoor Wifi Access

HCC is offering outdoor wifi in the following locations: Main Campus, Clyde, lower parking lot of the Hemlock Building; HCC Regional Business Advancement Center/Small Business Center; HCC West Waynesville Annex.  HCC-Guest is an open Network, you my access wifi from your vehicle. Building remain closed to the public. If you need further assistance, our Help Desk can be reached at 828-565-4009.
