The District Attorney Wants You To Be A Safe Driver!
You can enroll in the National Safety and Health Council Defensive Driving 4-hour course. The Safe Driving Program may prevent assessment of insurance points or premium surcharges on your policy and/or points on your North Carolina driver’s license.
Anyone may take advantage of this course, even if you have not received a ticket. The benefit of taking a defensive driving course is being able to keep you and other drivers safe on the road. Excellent information is included for all drivers, including new drivers.
All registrations must be received the Thursday prior to class beginning in order to receive credit with the District Attorney.
All classes will be held at the West Waynesville Campus from 6pm until 10pm:

To register you will need your citation, driver’s license, and $60 cash/debit/credit. You can register in person at Student Services Located in building 1500 of the main campus.
