HCC offers program on SBA Community Express Loans for Businesses
The Small Business Center of Haywood Community College will offer a free seminar entitled, “SBA Community Express Loan Intake Session” on Tuesday morning, April 17, from 10 AM until noon in the Student Center building on campus. These loans are made available for persons interested in financing an eligible startup or existing small business. SBA-guaranteed loans available from $1,000 to $50,000, depending on the participating lender. Collateral may or may not be required, also depending on participating lender. Terms vary, with competitive rates and fees. Eligible applicants include women, veterans, minorities, and small businesses in low- to moderate-income areas as defined by SBA (including all of Haywood County).
