The Small Business Center at Haywood Community College will offer a free seminar entitled, "EASY COME, EASY GO- Managing and Holding on to Cash for Your Business" on Tuesday, October 2, from 6-9 p.m. at the Regional High Technology Center in the Waynesville Industrial Park. A new business must create cash flow to survive. Even profitable businesses fail if they run out of money. Usually a cash shortage is the result of poor planning. In this workshop, you will be able to practice setting your sales and profit goals, project sales for each month during the year, and create a cash flow statement. The presenter will be Sheryl Rudd, Business Developer for Mountain BizWorks. For more information or to preregister, call the Small Business Center
