The Small Business Center at Haywood Community College will offer a QuickBooks four-part series beginning November 3. These seminars will be held each Tuesday in November from 6 until 9 pm on the HCC Campus.

QuickBooks is the software of choice for the small business owner. It allows the owner/manager to account quickly and accurately for business dollars. This four session seminar will give participants the tools to understand the financial health of their small business. Our QuickBooks expert will take you through a hands on process in a computer lab using the QuickBooks desktop product.

Participants will receive a complete introduction to QuickBooks including: Company File Setup & Customization, The Sales Process, Managing Expenses & Paying Vendors, Bank & Credit Card Reconciliations, and Reporting.

Presenter is Jeffrey Weathers of Integrity Bookkeeping Services. Weathers is a certified Advanced QuickBooks ProAdvisor. He is a member of the American Institute of Professional Bookkeepers (AIPB) and the national Association of Certified QuickBooks Advisors (NACQA).

Advanced registration is required for the QuickBooks for Business Owners seminar. There is a $100 registration fee for this series. Fee includes course supplemental materials and one year QuickBooks Online Essentials subscription, valued at almost $400 per year.
