The Haywood Community College Department of Arts, Sciences, and Natural Resources and the North Carolina Wildlife Resources Commission will offer boating safety courses May 7-8, 6-9:00 p.m. on the HCC campus in building 3300, room 3322. Participants must attend two consecutive evenings.
Additional offerings are available June 5-6, July 9-10, August 28-29 and September 10-11. These courses are offered as a community service and are free of charge. There are no age limits; however, students must be able to take a written exam. Pre-registration is required online in order to attend any session.
