The Wildlife Society at Haywood Community College will host the 14th Annual Brook and Beast Feast Friday, November 22 at 6 p.m. at the Haywood County Fairgrounds. The Brook and Beast Feast, formerly known as the Wild Game Dinner, is a fundraiser for HCC fish and wildlife management technology students.
Funds generated during the event will provide the financial assistance needed to attend the Annual Southeastern Wildlife Conclave, support a wildlife student scholarship and provide additional opportunities for students to learn from and network with natural resource professionals at state, regional and national meetings.
The event will feature a menu including pulled pork, fried fish and more, door prize drawings, a silent and live auction, and live music. Tickets are $10 in advance and $15 at the door. Advance tickets may be purchased through Chris Caldwell at Haywood County Fairgrounds (828.400.1704) or by visiting the HCC Natural Resources office.
