Choosing Your Small Business Legal Entity will be held Friday, September 18, 1-2 p.m. This seminar will provide information on the different types of legal structures of a small business. It will cover the basic advantages and disadvantages of each of the following: Sole Proprietorship, Partnership, S and C Corporation, and Limited Liability Company.
Marketing Your Business will be held Thursday, September 24, 4-6 p.m. Marketing for the 21st-century small business is more dynamic and challenging than ever, add in the COVID economy and even more so.
