Choosing Your Small Business Legal Entity will be held Friday, September 18, 1-2 p.m. This seminar will provide information on the different types of legal structures of a small business. It will cover the basic advantages and disadvantages of each of the following: Sole Proprietorship, Partnership, S and C Corporation, and Limited Liability Company.

Marketing Your Business will be held Thursday, September 24, 4-6 p.m. Marketing for the 21st-century small business is more dynamic and challenging than ever, add in the COVID economy and even more so. Discover how to most effectively and efficiently use the many marketing tools available.
