Where to Start
To register as a vendor and receive eQuotes less than $10,000, go to E-Procurement Vendor Registration select the Vendor tab and then select E-Procurement Vendor and eQuote Registration.
To receive bids $10,000 and above from the Division of Purchase & Contract, go to VendorLink Vendor Registration select the Vendor tab and then select Vendor Link Registration for IPS.
Statewide Vendor Registration is an Internet application that allows companies to register for NC E-Procurement @ Your Service to receive orders for supplies, materials and equipment. NC E-Procurement @ Your Service is the State’s online purchasing system used by State Agencies and institutions, Community Colleges, public schools, universities, and local governments. The system provides vendors with a single point of access to North Carolina government organizations and the ability to respond to electronic quotes from new and existing buyer organizations. This application is called eQuote.

The Division of Purchase & Contract is the central purchasing authority for all state departments, institutions, agencies, universities, and community colleges. Purchase and Contract establishes term contracts and disseminates information on these via the Internet and through searchable electronic catalogs. By combining statewide demand for commonly used items into one contract, the division helps users save money and eliminates the need for each agency to solicit separate bids. Vendors can contact each administrator of the contracts to get information on how to participate in the State Term Contract bid process.
