Join Student Wellness as we collectively learn about conscious movement and put it into practice.

Here are some of the ways we will connect mind and body:
- Short hikes around HCC campus
- Beginner yoga
       September 5, September 26, October 17
- Guided meditation
- Body scanning and progressive muscle relaxation
- Intentional breathing
- Visualization

Learn to move through each day in a more mindful way. Conscious movement can help to reduce stess, improve concentration, improve physical health and maintain overall wellness.

Every Thursday from 2:30pm to 3:30pm
If you are unable to participate for the entire hour, please feel free to leave as needed.

We will meet in the 1500 building lower lobby, then depart depending on the activity.

*Special Notes: All activities are for beginners and require no prior experience.
                           Please wear clothes that are comfortable and allow for gentle movement and shoes that are appropriate for walking outdoors.
