The main goal of the HR Department is to serve as a resource and provide assistance to our employees as well as applicants for positions at HCC. While striving to provide the most comprehensive benefit package attainable with the resources we have, we consistently review benefit options and make recommendations for change when greater benefits are available for our employees. Our desire is to have the best workplace and benefits possible for our employees. The HR Department is responsible for personnel records, benefits, employee relations, recruitment and selection, payroll and contract administration, training/Professional Development, compliance with federal and state personnel/employment regulations, and compensation.
