Information Technology

Haywood Community College is committed to delivering excellent technology services. Information Technology (IT) provides computing support to HCC faculty, staff and students. IT support includes operating and maintaining the components of a campus wide network communications backbone, and networked PCs in classrooms, labs and offices throughout the campus.

Contacting Information Technology

Regular IT office hours are 8:00am - 4:00pm, Monday through Friday.  If you leave a message or submit a request during non-office hours you will receive a response the next business day.

You can send an email request to websupport@haywood.edu. Please include a description of your issue, your name, telephone number and an alternate email address in your email request. DO NOT leave classified information pertaining to your identity such as your social security number or passwords when sending an email.
