The main goal of the HR Department is to serve as a resource and provide assistance to our employees as well as applicants for positions at HCC. The HR Department is responsible for personnel records, benefits, employee relations, recruitment and selection, payroll and contract administration, training/Professional Development, compliance with federal and state personnel/employment regulations, and compensation.
