Garden Party: Fairy House

Location: Sycamore Bdg, RM 7221

Students will create a hand built fairy or toad house for the garden using slabs and various clay additions.  Students will learn how to create textures that mimic tree bark, flower petals, and other elements in nature to add sweet details to their houses.  In the final class we will paint our pieces with colorful underglaze and oxide washes to bring them to life!
