Broom Making: Swept Away

Elevate your craft by elongating your broom! In this class, we will expand on the skills learned in Broom Making: Beginner by making a handled broom. We'll first learn to tie an Appalachian-style Hawk's Tail hand broom and then put a stick on it! BYOS (stick or handle) that is approximately 3' long and close to 1" in diameter.
Completion of Broom Making: Beginner or some previous broom making experience is needed. You can sign up for both classes and make a weekend of it! This class also requires some upper body and hand strength.
