The Courthouse Square block is an old favorite variation of the Log Cabin block.  By manipulating color and fabric pattern, we'll produce a quilt with an impressionistic, watercolor look.  Riot of color reproduces a happy, free quilt.  Limiting to one color family takes it to sophisticated.  Great way to use scraps and strips to make a very economical quilt.  Quilt can be produced by hand or machine.
