Location: Oak Building, 1408

Students are encouraged to bring a simple desk or dining chair with a removable seat, or a small footstool, as their first project. You’ll dive right in on day one in this relaxed, workshop-style class—no formal lectures here! Instruction is hands-on and individualized, with the instructor working one-on-one to help you learn upholstery basics while completing your own project at your own pace.

  • CS Osborne 120 ½ gooseneck staple lifter (can be purchased on Amazon)
  • 6” electrical pliers or side cutters
  • Black Sharpie
  • Scratch Awl
  • 8.5” all metal scissors
  • 10-12’ tape measure
